LegitHelp is a document preparation and information service operated by LegitHelp LLC, based in Georgia. We are not a law firm. Our website is legithelp.com.
When you use our document generation service, you provide us with personal information including your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and information about the child and mother involved in your legitimation filing. We also collect your name and email address if you submit a contact form.
We use the information you provide solely to generate your legitimation petition documents. We do not store your personal information after your document is generated. Your data is processed in memory during your session and is not saved to any database, file, or storage system on our end.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as described below. We do not store your information after your session ends. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.
We use Vercel for hosting, Formspree for contact form submissions, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card number.
Our service collects information about minor children as part of document preparation. This information is provided by adult users only and is not stored after document generation.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. We implement security headers and input validation to protect against common web attacks.
