LegitHelp is a document preparation and information service operated by LegitHelp LLC, based in Georgia. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our website is legithelpga.com.
When you use our document generation service, you provide us with personal information including your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and information about the child and mother involved in your legitimation filing. We also collect your name and email address if you submit a contact form.
We use the information you provide solely to generate your legitimation documents. To deliver your documents reliably, your questionnaire answers are stored temporarily on our secure infrastructure (Upstash) for up to 24 hours after checkout, then automatically deleted. We do not keep a permanent database of your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than generating your documents.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except with the service providers described below who help us operate the service. We do not use your information for marketing purposes. We do not retain your questionnaire data beyond the temporary period described above.
We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, PDFShift for document generation, and Upstash for temporary data storage and rate limiting. These providers process and may retain certain data under their own privacy policies as part of providing their services. We never see or store your full card number.
Our service collects information about minor children as part of document preparation. This information is provided by adult users only, is stored only temporarily as described above, and is automatically deleted.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. We implement security headers and input validation to protect against common web attacks.
Your questionnaire data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. If you would like your data deleted sooner, or have a contact-form deletion request, email legithelpga@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly.
